Receipt by E3
Publishing House Limited of an order via our website does not
constitute legal acceptance of an order. Your order will be deemed
to have been accepted by us only once you have received written
confirmation of our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse your
order for any reason we see fit.
VAT and Taxes
All of our quoted prices are inclusive
of VAT at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be
made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed
changes in respect of VAT. Purchasers outside of the UK are
responsible for paying any local import duties, levies, or other
applicable taxes.
Payment
Full payment will be required at
time of order.
Price
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds
Stirling and goods are sold under English law. Prices may increase
beyond our control. If the cost of your order increases, we will
contact you and await your instructions - you may cancel your order
in such circumstances. Ordering outside the UK Mainland, may incur
an additional postal charge. Please contact us for a quotation. All
prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Goods charged by credit card are
normally dispatched within 24 hours, subject to availability.
Delivery charges are extra and are provided to the user during the
ordering process. Delivery will be made to the delivery address
provided by the user. Once goods have been delivered to you or your
nominated recipient, E3 Publishing House Limited will not be liable
for their subsequent loss or destruction. Please allow at least 7
working days for delivery. Forward ordered goods are dispatched
immediately when they come into stock unless prior arrangements have
been made. Full payment for forward ordered goods is taken at the
time of dispatch. While every effort will be made to ensure that all
items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and
this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods that you
ordered to you within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will
refund the sums paid to your credit card.
Returns
Placing an order with us ‘On-line’
constitutes a legally binding contract.
If you live in the United Kingdom or another European Union
country, you have the statutory right to cancel your order after you
have received and inspected the goods. Please note that in the case
of books, “inspect” means examine, and does not permit you to read
the book in full. Should you decide to do so you must notify us of
cancellation in writing (by post the address below or by email to admin@e3publishinghouse.com)
within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Following
cancellation you are under a legal (statutory) duty to not use the
goods, and to take care of them.
You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in the
condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as
possible with their original packaging and their original paperwork.
We will refund your money to your credit card within 30 days of
receipt of your notice cancellation.
If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your
cancellation, we may chose to recover the goods from you, and if we
do so, to charge you for the cost of doing so. If you do not return
the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30
days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have
accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be
made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on
the web site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where goods are returned in a damaged, worn or dirty condition,
which indicates that they have been read or used after you have had
a reasonable chance to inspect them on receipt, we will consider you
to be in breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of
the goods and will seek damages from you.
Where you return goods to us which are not the goods which we
dispatched to you (which we can easily check), you will not have
returned the goods, and accordingly will be deemed to have accepted
the goods which we sent you. We will notify the police where there
is any attempt at fraud (for example where lower value items are
returned), and will actively pursue all such cases through the
courts.
If you do not comply with your obligations above, we may make a
reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (for example in
respect of wasted collection journeys or for goods that you have
wrongly used, damaged, dirtied, or lost).
Notice of cancellation and returns should be sent to:
E3 Publishing House Limited
109 Bradford Road,
Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0JQ, England
Cancellation rights do not apply if you live outside of the
European Union (e.g. in the U.S.A., Australia, or elsewhere).
E3 Publishing House Limited reserves the right to amend this
returns policy without notice under advice from Government appointed
agencies.
